Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY & DISCLAIMER:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Permanent Makeup (PMU) service appointments at Inked & Nailed PMU and Restorative Esthetics.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.
Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or service and will be forfeited if you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Deposit Policy, along with our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:
At Inked & Nailed PMU and Restorative Esthetics, we understand that life happens and plans may change. Because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
You may conveniently cancel or reschedule directly through our online booking site, provided it is done no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
Because permanent makeup procedures require dedicated time and preparation, clients are given a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment start time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, all deposits will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment to secure a new appointment.

By booking or scheduling an appointment with Inked & Nailed PMU and Restorative Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Cancellation and No-Show Policy, including the forfeiture of any deposits paid for late cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or no-shows.
